Icy Dock has a great video on their website illustrating just how quick installation is with the MB982SP-1S. I've embedded a copy of this video below for you to see first hand.

I installed my OCZ Vertex 2 SSD inside the MB982SP-1S and ran ATTO benchmark and CrystalDiskMark. Both tests indicated no performance loss compared to a direct SATA connection. Test results are displayed below.
