Audyssey EQ - The audio quality of a pair of speakers can be degraded by the speaker enclosure itself. Audyssey BassXT - Audyssey doesn't want their BassXT technology to be confused with a "bass boost" - because it isn't. BassXT helps to extend the performance of bass frequencies by monitoring the bass in your audio and pushing the woofers to their maximum capability. This helps the speakers produce full sounding bass at any volume level - no need to "boost" the bass or "pump your volume" to get optimum performance. Audyssey Dynamic EQ - Audyssey's Dynamic EQ technology is similar to BassXT except for the full frequency range of your audio. It makes sure that no matter what volume you're listening to your audio at, that it sounds full in the same way you'd hear it if you cranked the volume or listened to it at reference level (the level it was originally mixed and mastered at). Dynamic EQ is dynamic; it continually adjusts the EQ of the speakers based on the material you're listening to which helps to ensure that all types of audio will always sound great at any level, be it music, speech or anything else .
