Features:
The Noctua NC-U6 is Noctua's debut chipset cooler. Sporting multi-platform compatibility, you should be assured that it will work on your system.

If you've ever seen the Noctua CPU coolers, this reminds me a lot of a shrunk down version of them. Two large U shaped copper heatpipes are placed side by side with 29 thin and long aluminum fins the entire way up them. These aluminum fins provide more than 500cm squared of surface area to help dissipate the heat quickly. For even better heat transfer, Noctua has chosen to solder the fins to the heatpipes unlike most manufacturers who just press the fins on the heatpipes which can lead to reduced contact.

For those installing the cooler in a tight place, it can actually be turned up to 120 degrees. This is great for users who have large aftermarket CPU coolers because I find many of those tend to get in very close quarters with the chipset coolers on some motherboards. The same goes for chipsets that are located in close proximity to the PCI/PCI-E slots.
