Although the NH-U12P does have slightly more steps to it's installation than most CPU coolers, the individual Intel and AMD installation guides do simplify things a great deal. On my Intel system, total installation time, including motherboard removal, was no more than 30 minutes. The installation guide was easy to follow and I had absolutely no problems or issues during installation.
