The iCEAGE 120 PRIME BOSS 2 HQ cooler is a great offering from the Korean manufacturer 3R System. It is not only efficient in its cooling, but also quite quiet and aesthetically, the cooler looks nice as well. Small touches such as the extra set of rubber fan mounts, rubber pads for the fans and an excess airflow redirector make this package very nice for anyone who is looking for a full cooling package.

Good accessory package
Cools and performs well
Quiet
Despite the absense of PWM control, the added fan controller is nice

Cons:
Installation is a bit of a pain with the motherboard removal
No PWM fan control
