DIY Water Cooling Kit

Introduction:
When you make the switch to water cooling you're going to ask yourself this question: do I want to buy a kit from a company or build a (DIY) Do It Yourself kit? Not only to DIY kits give you the chance to hand pick each part you want, but later on new components can be added to the loop and parts can be upgraded easily.

If you chose the DIY option you could check out CompuVision who not only offer individual parts, but they've also put together DIY kits with their choice of parts that best suit all platforms. This makes the hard decision of "what parts should I buy for my computer" a lot easier. The components in CompuVision's DIY kits are all brand name quality parts. A few of the parts are; Swiftech blocks, HWLabs Black Ice line of radiators, Delta fans etc. I did a bit of price comparison among online Canadian computer stores and CompuVision has come out on top in terms of very low prices on their water cooling parts and kits as well.

Today we are looking at a Do It Yourself water cooling kit with all the parts minus the CPU water block purchased from CompuVision. The CPU Block we will be using is the Asetek Antarctica.

In The Box:
(1) Via Aqua 1300 Pump
(1) HWLabs Black Ice Pro Radiator
(1) 7 Foot length of Clearflex 60, 1/2" ID tubing
(1) Delta 120mm Fan
(6) Plastic Hose Clamps
(1) Criticool Waterplant Reservoir
(2) Bottles of Swiftech HydrX Extreme Duty Coolant
