Features:
With all the great features on this case, where should I start? There are lots of very significant features so I will give you a walk-around both inside and outside the LC14M.

The major selling features are the ones from side to side on the front of the case, and for that very reason I will talk about the front last :)
Being as this is a desktop style of case the rear of the case looks pretty much like you'd see on a standard tower case if you were to lay it sideways on your desk. The only exception being the two 60mm fans which vent out the back, and those will be talked about more once I get to the interior.

The sides and top of this case have nothing very special to them. Each side has a section of ventilation holes and the top is just flat and painted with no vents or fans so you could easily set something on top of this case. Closest to the front on the left side there is a mic, audio out, 4 USB and a fire wire plug.

Now I'll talk about the front, this is where some of my favourite features are housed! On the lower left of the front there are 7 buttons to control your media files. These are: back, forward, stop, play/pause, mute, volume up and volume down. These buttons plug into a USB header on your motherboard and allow easy media control as well as help the case blend in very well with any other audio/visual components it may sit near. On the upper left corner there is an inset SilverStone logo.
The center front of the case houses a 10cm wide strip of acrylic which wraps around from the bottom to the top of the entire front bezel area. Behind the upper part of this piece of plastic is the two line VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) and IR receiver. The VFD works in conjunction with the included MultiMedian HTPC software to display either an equalizer, system info, media info, check email accounts, display news and display city info (such as weather). There is also an "auto" option where it cycles through any of the selected modes and a plugin option for external plugins. As well, the LC14M has an included multimedia remote to control all aspects of your computer, media, and the included MultiMedian software which I will talk more about later.
On the far right of the case, underneath each other closest to the top there are two "stealthed" CD/DVD drive covers. Both of these covers have a door that swings down allowing the CD/DVD drive drawer to come out. There is also a button below each door which in turn pushes the button on the front of the drive behind the cover. Using covers like this allows the front of the case to maintain a very clean look as well as keep the overall front styling consistent. All the drives are hidden behind those covers and are out of sight. At the bottom of the right side of the case there are two LED's which are HDD activity and power, as well as a reset and power button.
Both of the aluminum panels at each side of the front of case are easily removed with the included Hex key. The panel at the left, which you'll probably never need to remove, has two screws at the top and two screws at the bottom. The panel on the right side, which is the one you need to remove to put your CD/DVD drives in, simply has two hex screws at the top.
