On the back, everything's standard looking except for where the slots are. A small thumb screw sticking directly out of the back of the case removes a small plate which holds the cards firmly in place when it's attached. To better understand this, see the pictures below.

For cooling inside, Thermaltake provides one 120mm fan in the rear of the WingRS. This fan has a rated decibel level of only 17dB, which is very quiet for a stock case fan! The front of the case we received had no fan, but an optional fan of any size can be mounted here if you wish because all the proper mounting holes are provided in the steel.

All drive mounting is entirely tool-less, and I must say, from the many different styles of tool-less designs I've seen in the past, the style Thermaltake uses in this case is by far my absolute favourite. Each drive only needs a mount put on one side, as pictured, these are all already in each bay. If you want to install a drive, you twist the knob, pull the drive holder off, slide your drive in, insert the drive holder into the screw holes of the device through the frame and turn the knob once again to secure it in place. Using a system like this means you don't end up with a huge box full of tool-less rails like some case manufacturers use for their systems because we all know that leads to the "I can't remember where I put them" when you go to install something in one of those cases.
