Lamptron Fan-Atic Baybus
July 2008
Review by: Steve
Edited by: Ji4m
Provided by: Lamptron
Price: $34.99 US

*Correction Notice* Since the time of this review I have been informed by Lamptron that the maximum wattage per channel is 60W and not the previously mentioned 100W. Apparently this was a typo on their packaging and they have just noticed and corrected this issue, I have updated my numbers to reflect the truthful specs of this device.

Introduction:
Most fan controllers have many limitations, some of which include low wattage channels which can limit their ability to control other perhipherals that aren't fans. When you increase the wattage that you can control to over 60 watts per channel, you suddenly have a baybus that can control a lot more than just fans for you. Although it doesn't have a linear control dial for each channel like traditional fan controllers, the Lamptron Fan-Atic baybus gives you three voltage settings for each channel which will give you fairly decent control over any connected devices.

In The Box:
(1) Fan-Atic Baybus
(4) 3-Pin Fan Extension Cables
