Since Lapworks is a new name at our site, let's start with a brief company bio from their site:

"LapWorks is a design and manufacturing company located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. We specialize in products that make working with your notebook safer, easier and more productive. These are products that:
• Improve posture/ergonomics
• Reduce heat build-up in notebooks and
• Protect a user’s lap from the full force of heat that radiate from the bottom of notebooks.

At LapWorks, we also aim to provide value-added services, resources and timely information to help our customers better understand:
1. How to use a notebook computer in an ergonomically-correct manner to promote long-term health and avoid injuries.
2. How to care for a notebook computer to promote its long-term health as well."

The Attache is essentially an enhanced version of the Envoy, a nearly identical looking laptop stand from Lapworks. The only difference is that the surface of the Attache is aluminum, this serves as a bit of a heatsink to help further transfer heat off the laptop along with the two built-in fans.

As you can see in the pictures, the Attache can fold up rather nicely to slip into a laptop duffle case or backpack. The stand itself folds completely flat and the two support tabs on the base that hold the laptop also fold in. When it's time to setup, the stand can be adjusted by using a nice large button on the back that you depress to unlock the stand. With four adjustable positions, you can easily take your laptop from a gentle elevation up to a more severe elevation for much greater screen height. As Lapworks advises, when you're using anything past the first position you will want to use an external keyboard and mouse. This is because the extreme grade that the lower half of the laptop is on in these positions would actually be the opposite of any ergonomics they're going for here!
