Conclusion:
The Value 430 is a step in the right direction for an entirely eco-friendly power supply. Not only does it provide efficient power usage, similar to what many higher end units are doing these days, but it's also constructed and packaged in an eco-friendly manner as well - more than most manufacturers can say. It may not be all pretty and painted in shiny colours like most high efficiency power supplies - but does that really matter for the average everyday user? If Nexus can get this power supply into the hands of enough distributors and resellers then I foresee it appealing to more than just the enthusiast market as a viable aftermarket PC upgrade. It's already on my list of power supplies to recommend to clients when building them a new system! The time has certainly come for us to start thinking green and to look beyond manufacturers who use non friendly packaging and components. It is time for us to voice our opinion and support those manufacturers who are starting to act responsible - and we can start right here with the Nexus Value 430W Power Supply.

Pros:
I love the huge eco-friendly push Nexus is making with this product. Hopefully we will see much more to come!
Although it is a budget price for an 80%+ efficiency power supply, it certainly isn't "budget quality"
Good performance
Silent operation
Full range (115-220V)

Cons:
Wouldn't hurt to toss in a power cable and four installation screws
I'd still like to see the price be a little lower
