Features:
The Cryo LX features three 120mm fans for excellent and quiet cooling. These fans are installed under the metal pad with a black steel mesh completely encasing them (prevents those accidents between fingers and fans that we've all run into). You can control the speed of the fans with a dial on the right side of the unit.

Along the back of the Cryo LX there's a four port USB hub with another USB and AC plug right beside that. The USB/AC plugs are used to provide power to the unit and connectivity to the hub via another computer that has two free USB ports. I found it interesting that even the AC plug was simply run from a bus powered USB cable instead of an AC adapter like most other cooling pads with similar features.

Due to the massive size of this pad - much bigger than most others, it folds up for easy storage. The front section folds underneath to help compact the unit a little more for storage or transportation. On top, the laptop is held securely in place with several large rubber strips. I was surprised just how securely these could actually hold the laptop. I set my laptop in place and gave it a very strong and firm push - it didn't budge! Of course ventilation is also extremely open for the fans to do their job, you can see all the vent strips in my pictures throughout this review.
