Testing:
To test the M-Series enclosure, I will benchmark it's transfer speeds in HDTune while using both USB and E-SATA interfaces. These will give you numbers to go by when comparing it's performance to other 2.5" enclosures on the market.

USB: 28.6 mbps
E-SATA: 52.5 mbps

Both USB and E-SATA performance came in right about average among most enclosures I have reviewed - always a good thing to see because it certainly could be worse too.

I'd just like to quickly point out two things that did catch my eye with this enclosure while I was testing it:

1: Smudged logo on the front bezel (I would have thought this wouldn't make it past quality control if there is any)

2: Crooked sticker placement on the bottom half (not uncommon to see on products, but it stands out with large stickers!). You'll also notice in this picture how the rubber feet aren't centered on the bottom either, they seem a little far right at the right side.
