Testing: The UbiSync7 also left me quite impressed with image quality at the same time. I've used a number of 7" displays in the past, some with phenomenal image quality and others that I wouldn't buy no matter how cheap they were. I can definitely say that the UbiSync7 is just like any other Samsung display - just in mini form! When mirroring the same image on both displays, a colour difference was noticable, but keep in mind that the UbiSync7 display is more of a secondary display so you likely won't ever run much more than some widgets, instant messaging or basic email on it. For that reason, the slight colour difference between the panel in the 2263DX and UbiSync7 should not be a concern. The USB DisplayLink is still a relatively new and emerging technology and I'm going to say that's likely the reason for the occasional flicker on the UbiSync7 display. It never really bothered me unless I happened to be reading something on the display at the time it chose to flicker. This was only occasional, happening maybe every 15 minutes or so (sometimes more, sometimes less. Hard to say what caused this, maybe something with my computer setup?).
