Conclusion:
The Thermaltake MeOrb is an excellent candidate for a low profile, low noise HTPC CPU cooler. It's small size and low RPM fan certainly do not hold it back from performing almost as good as the much larger and louder stock cooler on my Intel Core2Quad system. Installation was easy, the looks are great and the performance is very acceptable - well done Thermaltake on a great HTPC CPU cooler!

Pros:
Compact and low-profile design allows this cooler to be a superb option for HTPC and SFF cases
Great performance, given the small size
Fairly quiet operation
Installation isn't that difficult

Cons:
It may be small, but it bears a price tag similar to many much larger CPU coolers
