Specs:
30ml bottle
I can presume they don't disclose any further info about this cleaner to prevent people from copying it!

Features:
The TR-1 comes in a 30ml bottle with an eye-dropper style of end to prevent wasting the remover. It's advertised features are that it's highly affective and has easy application - what more can you really say about something as simple as this? As a lot of people have a fear of exposing liquids to anything that goes inside their computer, Tuniq also claims the TR-1 to not be electrically conductive (just in case you miss some when you wipe it off). Other than the directions, the only other claim Tuniq makes on the bottle is the warning to keep it away from children, not to throw it in a fire and to avoid contact with eyes and ingestion. Checking out the product page on their website for the TR-1 shows it to be "non-toxic and environmentally safe". The product website and product itself are contradicting each other a little bit, but it is still better to handle products safely and responsibly. My best assumption is that there is some form of toxicity to the TR-1 that allows it to perform optimally (probably similar in ingredients to rubbing alcohol for example - another common agent used to clean surfaces).

Testing:
I tested the TR-1 by doing none other than cleaning thermal paste off of heatsinks! I applied sufficient drops on the paste and after waiting until it dissolved the paste I simply wiped it clean. It worked very well - what else is there to say about something like this!? It certainly helps by taking the grunt work out of scrubbing heatsinks and chips clean with either dry or damp rags, and it's not conductive so if you happen to get a drop or two on a system board it won't hurt anything.

Conclusion:
The TR-1 is a non-conductive liquid designed to make removing thermal paste from chips and heatsinks an easier job. In testing, it does just that. Since it's designed with only one job in mind and it does that job very well, I have zero complaints about this product. Although $7US may sound like a lot for the small bottle you get, but if you use it properly it will last you quite a long time.

Pros:
Works well!
Non-conductive
Website does claim it to be environmentally friendly
For those shopping now (Jan. 2009) NewEgg has some great rebates on almost all Tuniq products!

Cons:
Website and packaging conflict about being non-toxic/toxic. Better details would help aid in emergencies.
