Features:
The U10 is a small and simple camera; designed with the idea of point-shoot-upload. It doesn't come packed with a ton of advanced features nor does it come in a box littered with accessories. Unboxing reveals just what you need to make it run; a USB cable, AC charger, video output cable and tripod adapter. Due to the shape of the U10, the tripod mount is actually on the side of the camera, thus an adapter must be used to make it stand upright on some tripods.

When I first took the U10 out of the box I was surprised at how light it was. The body is a thin plastic, and I figured a battery must be needed to add some extra weight - but no. With the in-built 90-minute battery and thing plastic body, the U10 feels more like a child's toy camera than a $200 HD camera. Even the small lens hole on the front, surrounded by the large plastic dome, just doesn't make this seem like something I'd be willing to pay $200 for!

Looking at the back side of the camera you'll notice only three of the buttons are actually push-buttons. The rest, on the lower half of the back, are all touch-sensative buttons.

For ergonomics, the U10 uses a 7-degree bend where the lens is. This allows you to hold your hand in a more natural position but still keep a straight forward lens position.
